Jugo Azul vs. Entertainment Featured Artist: Anthony Jackson

Greetings my good people, sorry for the long break but Jugo Azul vs. Entertainment is going through some major growth that requires a large amount of attention. This will be the last post for a little while. But we will be back sooner than you know! 

With that! Im glad to introduce to you this weeks featured artist. Dancer and Choreographer and another one of my feature Fraternity Brothers, Anthony Jackson.

Anthony Jackson is a Dancer and Choreographer from New Orleans, Louisiana who has always been known to push the limits with the art of movement. Since the young age of ten, he wanted to start training and seek every opportunity to perform within his community. Now located in Los Angeles, his mission still continues to seek every opportunity to train, teach, and perform.

He attended Southeastern Louisiana University where he worked to achieve his degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Dance.  His training includes NOCCA Riverfront’s Department of Dance, Southeastern Louisiana University’s Moxie Dance Department and the B.C. Fields Dance Company. He has recently embarked on a path of creating choreography with mesmerizing images, depth, and dimensions. The dancer and choreographer calls his style of choreography a “Mind Funk”, which explains making movement and images endearing to the eye.

His recent works Dancing, Artistic Directing, and Choreographing for multi-platinum recording artist, Dawn Richard, has given light and recognition to his creativity.

Jackson’s credits include Britney Spears, Chris Brown,Kimberly Caldwell, Tah Mac, and many more. Also, he now teaches dance and instructs competitions kids on top of his dance/choreography endeavors. 

Anthony Jackson is starting to reach new heights within his professional career.  The Sky proves to be no limit with this force to be reckoned with.

In coming years, Jackson’s goals and efforts are to just inspire others through movement, and to get people loving the craft more and more. Whether if he’s behind the camera or in front of it, attracting people to believe in his work is all he cares for.
